You will receive a receipt  within 10-15 days from the date we receive your donation. While sending the donation, please mention your name, PAN number and address as registered with the IT circle where you belong for Tax purposes. Please let us know if you would like to avail the tax benefit. We will then send you 10 BE form showing the particulars of your donation ( Which is given by income tax department sometime in June for the preceding financial year). You can then enclose it with your income tax return (ITR) for that financial year.

Cancellation and refund of specific donations are not possible. The donors understand and accept that all donations received in the bank accounts are final and belong to the Trust, therefore the donor waives the right to claim a refund or return. Iswar Chandra Charitable Trust  does not process refunds or reimbursements for amounts donated to the Trust.

Nevertheless, in case of any concerns or claims about donations, donors can contact Iswar Chandra Charitable Trust, by sending messages in the «Contact» section of the portal.

As regards the cancellation of periodic donations, the donor should inform Iswar Chandra Charitable Trust of their intention to cancel periodic donation with the following advanced notice:
– For monthly donations: please inform us at least 15 days before the upcoming date of collection of the immediate scheduled donation.

To cancel a periodic donation, it is necessary that you communicate with us through email at info@iswarchandra.in allowing the advanced notice timeframe indicated above and specifying in the subject “CANCELLATION OF PERIODIC DONATION”.
